Nano ATO powder is the hybrid powder material which uses SnO2 as main element and dopes Sb2O3. Doping Sb2O3 is in order to improve the conductivity of SnO2 film. Features of SnO2 film are high strength, and having excellent chemical stability. ATO film has good properties of preventing electrostatic force and electromagnetic shielding, thus it can be used in electronic equipments and fields of needing electromagnetic shielding as preventing electrostatic force coating, such as CRT display device and computer room. ATO film on display screen also has the function of glare protection and sight protection. Therefore, ATO film is a function film material having broad applications.

At present, its applications are mainly focus on preparation of shielding material and glare protecting liquid. As displaying material, research which is to apply in solar batteries，saving energies in building, front glasses of motor vehicle and such aspects is in progress.
